The Site allows users to create an account and download template files.

To access downloads, you must create an account through our authentication provider, Clerk.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Use of Downloaded Files

Unless otherwise stated, templates provided on the Site are licensed to you for personal or commercial use.

You may not:

• Resell or sublicense the templates as-is
• Claim authorship of the templates
• Redistribute the templates in competing repositories or template libraries

6. Intellectual Property

We use Clerk to manage authentication.

Your use of Clerk is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its files are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time.

Upon termination, your license to downloaded files remains, but you must stop accessing the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.

Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Danish courts.

The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.

Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
